just rambling....

I feel like we have a ton going on right now even though we really don't......Lelia's school, trying to get Callie Rae off the bottle and potty training at the same time, trying to gather donations to take to the poor people that were affected by the storm friday night. So I guess i'll start with Callie Rae and her "baba" I have literally tried every sippy cup and she just really prefers her bottle! My sister took her daughter the doctor yesterday for shots(anna is 6 weeks older than Callie) and she asked Dr. Mark about breaking Anna from the bottle and he said to try putting only water in the bottle and juice and milk in the sippy cups so I guess that's what I'll try next bc cold turkey just ain't cutting it! Potty Training: She knows to use the potty and has done it many times(number 1&2) but she won't use it if she has on panties. If she has a diaper on then she will take her diaper off(not everytime) and go to the potty but once I put those panties on her she will go in her panties........we will just keep working on that, lol she'll get the hang of it! Now off to another subject, The Tornado Victims, My heart breaks for EVERY SINGLE one of them! I could not imagine losing everything that I've worked so hard to get, On the other hand I praise God that the majority came out with only minor scratches and no serious injuries! I think we have a caring and giving community and i know everyone is working so hard to put all the pieces back together and do what they can!!!

As many of you know I had to take Callie to the doctor in November bc of a small lump on her eyelid, well he said it could either be a stye or a chalazion. It started healing and was almost gone and last wednesday her eye lid started swelling and so i called back and he called in a antibiotic cream on friday. Still not much better, so sunday while at church we asked Preacher Mike to pray over her, The past two days since then the swelling is getting smaller and smaller and I give all Credit to the Good Lord! I have been stressing over her little eye for months and now I just have this "comfort" that it will be ok!!!!! The devil tries to come in and convince me otherwise but I know God will take Care of her!!!!  GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!
